At Modern Day Spa, we are committed to providing the finest service possible! Suggestions are always welcome. Please let any of our staff know how we may better serve you.
Punctuality - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow sufficient time to change, fill out any necessary consultation forms, and enjoy the spa lounge. Late arrivals may result in a full charge and reduced service(s) time.
Cancellations - We require a 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. In fairness to our therapists, failure to cancel within a 24 hour notice will result in the full charge of the scheduled service(s). Please be advised that we require a credit card number to secure your appointment at the time of booking. You may choose to either pay with cash or credit card at the time when services are rendered.
Health Disclosure - Please disclose of any pregnancy, or of any medical conditions, allergies, or prescription medications you are taking for your safety and comfort prior to your service(s).
Gratuity - If you have been warmly cared for and enjoyed your service(s), gratuities are welcome and appropriate. You may leave gratuities in the small envelopes provided at the front desk. For services exceeding $200, you may leave gratuity on a credit card.
Personal Possessions - We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to any personal property. Please utilize our guest lockers to secure your valuables.
Return Policy - If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return the unopened product within 10 days of the purchase so that we may suggest an alternative or offer a store credit. No refunds will be given for products, services or Gift Cards.
Gift Certificates - Available in any denomination for services or products. Gift Cards are valid for one year and are non-refundable. We can not replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.
Special Events - We are happy to accommodate large parties. Please contact one of our Guest Service Concierge to plan a special birthday party, baby shower, or bridal event.
Corporate Wellness Discount - We are committed to providing corporations with a path of employee relaxtion during the busy work week. Speak with a manager to learn more and sign up today! Monday - Friday only.
Military Discount - Our way of saying thank you to those who serve our country. Excluding Nails/Waxing. 10% off. Monday - Friday only.
Payment Options - We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Modern Day Spa, mall and Spa Finder Gift Certificates. We do not accept checks.
Children - To ensure the complete relaxation of our guests, children are not permitted in the spa area unless they are receiving a service.
