" After many failed for trying to find the best manicurist/pedicurist, I have found her. Her name is Cindy. She did my first manicure and yesterday she did my pedicure (though I'd been there for a pedi before w/another lady. Sorry I forgot her name) But Cindy did a wonderful job. The establishment was clean and well put together and well decorated. The chairs are very comfortable and the atmosphere is real chill. I live in Fairfax County and though I live about five minutes walking distance from a local nail salon, I'd rather take a bus to get here because that neighborhhood nail salon SUCKS. But Modern is the spot. They're not stuck up or make you feel like you're a second class citizen - as my neighborhood salon does! And what's adorable about Modern's Curists is that they're in uniform and they have their name tags on so you don't forget their names. It's places like Modern that I absolutely adore and don't mind coming here. NO headaches, rolling of the eyes, asking condescending questions, waiting around ~ none of that here goes on at Modern. Ladies keep up the good work. I'd be back at ya in a little while. "
